If you can't stand cinnamon, tea is still so much better for you than Coca Cola.

That tea rocks... my diabetic friend's health improved so much drinking it. His weight is normal but the dr.s wanted to put him on shots. And he is drinking it only three times a day.

I agree.. I tried it myself and had no problems at all with it. I put it into the mixer tho and the end results were rokisng :)

Tea tastes like shit... wish there was something else you culd drink instead.
