i dont think anyone is Newfoundland has money to afford this so someone should snatch this up.

i would make the island into an ape land and have apes running their own island! have a giant hot tub so they can survive in winter.

I'm going to buy it then secede from Canada. That island will immediately go up in value by thousands of percent.

My parents owned a nice little island on the west arm of Lake Nippising. There were two buildings on the site, one was the main house that was built as a hunting lodge for a corporation to bring clients to, the other was smaller. Fishing was amazing there and life was easy. I have a lot of good memories of my time spent there in the summers.

It's a nice thought, but it's bloody impractical.
