Results from my cinnamon/green tea test
Well, I started partaking in KRL's magical tea concoction the day I read about it (the 14th) and I thought you might wanna know the results as of today.
I've only had 1 glass a day. Typically I lose about 3 pounds max per week. I actually think I ate more shitty food this week than usual. As of today, I lost 5.5 pounds since the 14th. I've also lost an inch and a half around my neck, chest, stomach and an inch off my waist. All this in one week. I definetely think this cinnamon tea drink works. I lost an extra 2.5 pounds this week doing nothing different than the usual workout program (not factoring in muscle gained through the Max-OT lifting program). Thanks KRL! |
Hmmm...I could drop about 20 pounds. I might give this a try.

I might have to give it a try, so you only had one cup of the tea a day? I thought you had to drink more than that.

I mainly think it is the green tea and cinnamon. They are supposedly both great for weight loss. The cinnamon and honey combo might be good as well, because there are tons of herbal remedies using both honey and cinnamon (including weight loss). Definetely worth a try guys! |
