EVERY TIME I PUT ATI ON WIN XP, AFTER RESTART MONITOR GOES BLACK!!!

That doesn't make sence. What model is it? Is it dual head? If you don't have your monitor connected to the primary input it will go black once windows loads.

is it the 9200?

it is 128mb 9600 pro

it is some kind of fuckign conflict
i had same problem with my old ati radeon 64mb Rage pro

check the ATI website for last drivers !
I'm running 9800 XT PRO on this machine , using xp as well.

Installed a Powercolor 256Mb Radeon 9200 in my secondary (Athlon 1800+) box. Works great. Plays everything on the market right now and the ATI Hydravision software makes multimonitor shite easy.

XP has nothing to do with this. This is most likely a mobo compatibility problem. Get the latest bios for your mobo and you should be fixed.
