TopBucks stats/reporting problems

As some of you have no doubt noticed, we're having some problems with the sales reporting on topbucks.com right now. The source of the problem is a database upgrade being conducted by Epoch; all sales are still being processed and logged, Epoch just isn't sending the sales data to us currently, so our sales reporting is incomplete. This problem began late yesterday evening, so the reporting for both yesterday and today is currently incomplete. Apparently this upgrade is not affecting all Epoch clients, just those that use this particular database system.

We have been in touch with Epoch about this, and they have assured us that all of the data will be reported completely and accurately for the affected time period, once the database upgrade is complete. They did not provide us with an exact time frame for the completion of the upgrade, but they are working to restore things to normal as soon as possible.

We apologize for the inconvenience, and appreciate your patience!

Thanks,
- Q.

Just as an update, we also have our technical staff looking into an alternate method to receive the data from Epoch and post it to the webmasters stats. Hopefully, we will have this up and running within an hour and again appreciate your understanding and patience.

ahh this explains ratios I think. sales just aren't being posted, or just some random ones come thro? I'm not following what 'incomplete' reporting really means.

Not sure if that was directed to TB or epiccash, but in our case basically the sales that were reported yesterday evening and earleir today were from the data we received from our secondary processor (ccbill).

I believe our temporary fix is up for today's reports. Once Epoch has completed their upgrades we'll have any missing reports posted to webmasters stats.
