Altavista sending me lots of hits... how's that?
 

Just checked my stats and Altavista is sending me 3 times more than Google, I am surprised.

Check your logs..

I get ALOT of hits from altavista from people looking for specific gallery photos...

I have a keyword combo, three words which is #1 at several SEs, altavista, yahoo, google, looksmart etc. But you are right, I see lots of image searches.

you might want to thaccess your image folrders
that is only costing you bandwidth
