I only go to movies with girls or other couples. As a kid yeh I went with guy friends. But why would you want to go to a movie and sit with a guy just out of curiousity?

Sure, I go with friends of both genders all the time. Going to the movies isn't something dirty or romantic like you have made it out to be in the USA. It's just a fun experience, like Wasteland (laser game) or tivolis, and it is better when shared with friends.

I think a lot of it depends on where you live. It wouldn't be seen as too gay here because a lot of guys do it...but if you start holding hands, crying, or start sharing popcorn that is crossing the line.

i do that all the time. i go watch movies with my guy friend and his wife goes with my wife. we take turn to watch our kids. when the wives go, we (dads) watch the kids and normally we would just play xbox and let the kid play in their room. LOL
