Hidden Cam pics = Illegal?
 

Are hidden cam pics being put up on a site illegal?... didnt some guy here in toronto go around taking pictures of upskirt and there was a huge lawsuite, but the judge ruled that it was okay because it was in the public or something :S

It all depends on where you are! And where are these hidden cameras gonna be. You can't put them in your house unlees you notify everybody goin in there that they are there! It all depends what state/country you're gonna be doing it from!

I agree with JDog -- also, don't forget if there is nudity involved you'd still need model releases and proof of age. Whether it's 'legal or not' would depend not only on laws where you're at but also the USC 2257 record keeping, which is federal. If someone video taped a girl (no matter where they were geographically or whether it was in public or in private) you'd still need proof that the model was over 18. Nuff said.
