Need A Cheap Tech Now!!!

i need a cheap indian techie or something to setup BIND DNS, APACHE & FTP on redhat 7.3, the host has been giving me major problems and just gave me a replacement server thats not setup, it has already cost me 3.5k this week, im broke i need a cheap tech....anyone out there?:helpme :helpme :helpme
