So, I got to meet and talk to Grace Slick tonight.
 

What a night. This was a very interesting evening, let me tell you. Grace Slick was having an art exhibit, and we decided we wanted to go and meet her . . . so we did.

So many things from people thinking that the girl I was with was Grace Slick's daughter, to talking to Grace and have her pull out an index card with a pencil drawing of John Lennon sitting in a big chair, with a joint in one hand and his guitar in his other.

She was working on it, and carried it around for whenever she was inspired. That was a fucking experience, let me tell you. Imagine if you met Norman Rockwell, and he pulled out a little something he was working on out of his wallet. Same trip.

Okay, how about in Cable Guy, when Jim Carey did the Karyoke of "Someone To Love" . . . . Grace is who really sang it. (Carey sounded just like her)>

It was way far out man . . . . it was a trip to be able to have a cool conversation and have her get so open.

I feel ya man, I've heard of Jefferson Airplane but can't hear it. Do your thing if it inspires you then it's all good.
