Yeah 3 are doing that in the UK. Therefore a real problem to the rest of the industry, as we will not be able to have a slice of that pie.

There will be ways around this but Im sure within time they may relax the rules, you can hardly blame the company who has put in millions to buy the 3G licence and the less than open climate for porn in the UK.
