I think it has to be man-made. I couldn't find the pyramids either.

As to the relevance of posting this thread: Makes you think about what you perceive as great architecture and what not.

Niagara Falls is a natural landmark.

I don't think the new selections are anywhere near as impressive as the original 7. The reason they are called 7 wonders was people often wondered how these were built considering available technology and resources, something like the building Pyramids of Kheops and Khefren (sp?)still puzzle us whereas we know very well that methods used for many of the items in the new list are regarded as simple and not particularly impressive, after all anyone can build and operate a crane these days..:2 cents:

It's a UN thing. Something about protecting those places. Some of them are decaying.
