Simple but strange frame / i-frames question
 

Let's say I have a page in frames, or i-frames, and it's good text to be spidered.

Is it possible to simultaneously make this page static for the frame/hahahahahaha purpose and yet if someone landed on that page inadvertantly to direct them to another page?

Does that make sense?
