I just finished reading this book and if this so called market crash does happen than I only have 12 years to get my act together so that I can take advantage of it.

Q1: Has anyone else read this book?
Q2: What are your thoughts on the book?
Q3: Are there any other books out that contradict what is being said in this book or any other books that support what the book was about?

I enjoyed the reading and the majority of it makes sense after reading the rest of Kiyoski's(msp) books.

Also if you have any other books that you could recommend, on SEO and or Real Estate/Investing, please do. Right now i'm reading the Bible to see what it has in store for me.
