I've seen pics of people who messed with this guy "Boa"... pic #1 was a guy handcuffed in the back of his car... pic #2 was the guy dead.

That's just insane.

this is so insane. these people get arrested right and left in russia and it continues. if you are going to do shit like this... best to do it in a place where formalities like search warrants and arrest warrants and judicial processes are used... not in a place where someone can just pay the police to come shoot them in the face in self defense.
