American hosting company run by Russians, BEWARE!!!!!
 

I was having my site hosted by site valley on their virtual service (which was actually highly reccommended by Pornresource.com
) and i was receiving around 5,000 uniques per day and suddenly my host cut me off and tried to push me to a dedicated server for $400/mo.

I discovered that all employees are Russian and looks like Russian owned. They told me I was limited to 200 visitors per hour!!!! And only after i noticed they froze my site. No warning no emails nothing and then frozen account!! They were totally unhelpful and rude and told me they had other customers to attend to and didn't have time to warn me ahead of time.

If you are on site valleys servers you better change hosts fast or this could happen to you and just look at all the names of their tech people, svetlana, sergey, etc.....

terrible service, buyer beware and i think porn resource needs to choose their partners more carefully

So what? There are good and bad people in any country. For instance, when I just started with adult biz, I had very negative experience with some western European hosting provider (even don?t remember its fucking name). These guys were wreckage cretins (they even suggested me to adapt my existing ProAdult .htaccess file for THEIR server for additional $100). Course I have send them to hell and found another hosting provider, which was... RUSSIAN. After that time I have no problems with my hosting. Everything works like a Swiss clock and clock and cost almost nothing to me.

2stocktrader23: As about Serge... Do you know what Serge Oprano was born and grown in Soviet Union (rather in Byelorussia which is almost a part of Russia? :)

Dont get me wrong I have nothing against Russians, my wife is Russian, its just that in the Porn world there are lots of cheaters and scammers and Russian typically comprise a large %. Of course I would never have signed up with site valley if I knew it was Russian run and except that Porn Resource Lists them as their #4 reccommendation.
