I have 20.00 that says...
There will be some kind of national tragedy that will make bush look good and get him re-elected.
Any takers? :Graucho |
I would think more towards something that makes him look good like finding weapons in iraq or finding osama, just a tad before election times to sway the vote in his favour.

Im willing to bet!
Hell I have been thinking about it for a long while now. He really needs to pull Osama out of a hat to boost his credibility I feel. |

The guys a god damn lunatic and needs to be voted out of office this year.. |
Osama would do the trick... but if they cannot find him in the last 3 years... then finding him in the next few months will be a tricky one... Unless, they already have him and are holding this info back as their ace in the hole.
However, I do believe that bush has it in him to create another disaster to get him re-elected. :2 cents: |
Run Osama run, dont get cought before the election is over, I don't want to see that fuck up get re-elected

i hear Ross Perot is out looking for Osama..he might foil the plan...better yet maybe bush knows where Osama and WMD are but is waiting until colser too elections cause he is not winning from his charming personality alone!

No, I am talking something similar to 9/11 to strike "THAT" kind of fear back into the american public.... |

I think an episode like 9-11 would only cement his ass getting kicked outta the whitehouse.. He needs to find osama and get more documents to prove he was really in the military instead of off riding a horse on a ranch while others were in Vietnam.. And a few other last minute miracles.. |

IF Something like 9-11 would happen again i think they the people would want to keep this so called "Cowboy" in the white house. |
Do any of you remember the October Surprise? Papa Bush was responsible for that one.
This is definitely something that they are capable of doing. It's not all that "out there" of a suggestion. |

All I can say is that...
no matter who gets into office (other than bush) they dismantel Homeland security... man that shit scares me. Granted... I want to be safe... but shit... I do not agree with some of their policy... like writing themselves a letter claiming terrorism and fucking up your life without any proof. I know it has been said before... but I sincerely believe we are becomming more and more like Nazi Germany.:2 cents: |

I also think that people are tired of hearing the death toll of soldiers that are still in iraq.. 6 degrees of seperation reaches a long way.. My mothers, co-workers, son was a co-pilot on a jet that smacked into one of the towers on 9-11. My aunt told me her cousin or was pulled out of retirement by the Airforce to enact a contingency plan that she created a long time ago if something like 9-11 happened shortly after 9-11.. I got a letter fwded to me by her from someone at the pentagon about the candle light vidual they held a couple days after 9-11 Amazing how people are so close to stuff that happens.. Somewhere along the way people know people who are dieing over there in Iraq and I think they are tired of it.. Its on the news Every day something negative about bush, and it keeps growing.. People are not as dumb as some might make them out to be.. Bush went to daytona on sunday to get the support of over 50 million nascar fans.. The democrats were there as well to educate on issues.. but Bush needs to start reaching other areas if he's going to win again, cuz people are sick of his act.. |
