Are you fit
Due to me sitting in front of my PC a lot, my belly is betting a bit bigger, so I am now on a diet.
Are you all slim or fat basterds due to too much being sat on the pc all the time? |
I go nuts without regular exercise... I find my brain works a lot better when I'm living healthily too.

I'm fat, ugly, VERY old, and bald; but, I DO exercise; in fact, in a few minutes, I'll be heading to the Pacific Beach area of San Diego to do a fast-paced walk of 3.7 miles followed by a breakfast of decaf coffee, fruit, and toast at a place on the beach where lots of hot chicks are all around.
I exercise like this and/or do runs/jogs with area runnings groups approx 6 times a week. Now, I only I could get my fat butt off of this chair and get headed out the door!!!! Dave www.davecummings.com |
i have been chubby for 5 years now. i am on a perputual diet. lose look good then get comfy and there goes the lbs. i am sure i could eat all i wanted if i just worked out. i did for about 6 months strait things were looking good..then got so busy and gave up

I love to weight lift.. I need to start running and doing cardiovascular exercise.

Yes some what, but if things get out hand the gym is only 15 minutes away.

Im fit besides being fat scars me so I work out twice a day. Morning and nit..

I need to gain weight but i simply cant. Its not like im really skinny but im far from fat. I can eat all i want, go to the gym, take supplements, i tried everything but cant gain 1 pound damnit.

get at least 15-20 mins walk to keep those belly from bulging.

Because my mom and dad have been in and out of hospitals the last 4 weeks i didn't have time to workout but normally i excercise 2 to 3 times and week. And eat fairly well.

It would be easier to workout if those weights weren't so damn heavy! :winkwink:

I have been the same weight since high school up to the age of 35... then the motabolism started slowing and I am about 20 lbs. heaver now... :(

Lifted this morning at 530 and just finished 45 mins on the bike.......still doesn't make up for ribs and beers last night.

go jogging everyday over at LSU. Scenery is good. lift weights 3-4 times a week. gotta keep on it due to all the carbs in beer I put down on the weekends. It balances out ok.

Been working out (mostly treadmill) 40 minutes 7 days a week for 2 months, and eating reduced calories, lost 21 lbs. so far. At this point I would say I am average build 181 lbs.
By summer I hope to be around 165 and a little more defined abs and arms. 48 years old now so I have to severely watch what I eat or I'll get fat. |

i use to be a PI and have spent up to 6 hrs in my car not moving...sometimes even hiding in a tv box on the pasanger side...it really became a problem so i bought that stupid susan sommers gadget it was perfect
