education lottery here in sc is big, ranges from $1 to $10 a card with winnings up to $25,000, odds on the back of the card are honestly 1/4

I play sometimes when the jackpots get over 100 million in Powerball.

I play scratch off tickets every once in a while, and powerball when it gets big.
