starting at 3K is too high, you might want to consider lowering it a lot

Ive had quite a few inquires about it already I think the price is fair there is a nice amount of content and the traffic is good considering i do not even really advertise it anymore.

also the fact the site is a pR4 should help a little too.

and how many signups do you get per day?
Not too long ago your site would've been worth $6k but now I don't think it'd be worth more than $2k.
