Google added 1 billion pages to its index on Tuesday
 

I hope they weren't all spam pages.

I only put up half a billion , the rest are from someone else

all billion pages were from the domain xxx-sex-adult-lesbian-sexy-whore-teens-fuck.com

.. yes, it's funny, I normaly see only a few thousand pages per spam domain, they now all do list at least 100,000 per domain.

....and 0 belonged to me!!!!!! Fuck google.

We're doing google a favour by letting them inflate the number of pages they have indexed and thus look good to the public, they should be thanking us.

They shuffled out a lot.. though I'm sure at least half of those are spam pages. Actually disappointed at the legitimate sites I've started to see creating spam sites to grab more traffic.

Do you know how they found that extra billion pages?

You gave them to em by installing google tool bar and browsing around.

it's funny coz it's true. if they zapped all links with more than 2 hyphens in them they'd kill 99.99% of the pollution in one fell swoop.

That's why I've lost so many positions :(
