Although the Guys at the 3d forum I hang at think it was done by a $4000 3d software .

Interesting to me .
They are actually complimenting my work and wondering how I pulled off such nice effects LOL .

simple but nice , was inspired when I saw that guy rip off the sphere from that shitty phong tutorial , those arent spheres , these are spheres :D

for animation its truely useless .

That's not really as hard as it looks to acheive in Photoshop (very similar technique to make a gel button) but that is a very nice job. I do like how you added the cloud texture to the background, adds hella depth to it. :thumbsup

yeah , a few steps over the Gel look , but same Idea ,
I spend some time working on the backface thats the only real difference.
