2000charge support still alive ?
 

they dont reply to my emails......i wrote 4 time already but nothing.

A friend of mine wants to start a bigger program but the same shit. He gets absolutely no answere.

I wanted to run 15-20k weekly through them and they ignored me too.

i dont understand. They dont need webmasters ? to lazy? whats the problem ?

I don't get 2000Charge either. They have worse support than iBill. Especially for new potential customers. I even talked to one of the owners at Internet in Florida. He was trying to sell some new thing they have going. Why do that if there they don't answer emails?

Why do they setup a booth up at Internext and then not answer emails for potential customers?

LOOOOOL 100% exactly what i thought too. I see their BAnners, i see them on event pictures......mails??? no chance....this sucks

I bought something that was processed through them, and asked for a refund(wans't satisified) The merchant said ok and told me to email them. They never replied. They are even worse to deal with on the phone. I called them several times, and the only person that handles customer service was never in. I thought I was gonna have to charge back, but they finally refunded it.

hmmm sounds not very good. I will better stay away to make business with them.

If you talk to the right people they are pretty cool.
I do not think they are accepting new domains accounts for visa/mastercard though.
