I don't get 2000Charge either. They have worse support than iBill. Especially for new potential customers. I even talked to one of the owners at Internet in Florida. He was trying to sell some new thing they have going. Why do that if there they don't answer emails?

Why do they setup a booth up at Internext and then not answer emails for potential customers?

I bought something that was processed through them, and asked for a refund(wans't satisified) The merchant said ok and told me to email them. They never replied. They are even worse to deal with on the phone. I called them several times, and the only person that handles customer service was never in. I thought I was gonna have to charge back, but they finally refunded it.

hmmm sounds not very good. I will better stay away to make business with them.

antigravityboy 02-17-2004 03:28 PM

If you talk to the right people they are pretty cool.
I do not think they are accepting new domains accounts for visa/mastercard though.

BigPinPin 02-17-2004 03:57 PM

then they should shut down the page or tell something there. I understand you, but what means if i talk to the correct people??? are there wrong people to talk??? I have more and more the feeling the whole 2000charge clan sucks a big time. sorry
