ccbill and statsremote

Do they not work together? Im using an affiliate account with CCbill, I always get the red square in statsremote, I've reentered my username and pass a few times to see if it was that...

They had changed their stats... has been fixed with the update today.

If it still doesn't work here... if you haven't done so you need to change your display settings from Java to HTML.

1. Click on 'CC Bill Main' in StatsRemote to login to your stats
2. Go to 'Home'
3. Click on 'Change Display Settings' and then click 'Next'
4. Check 'Use HTML instead of Java(TM)' and click 'Next'
5. Close IE
6. Close StatsRemote
7. Start StatsRemote

Also, in the last weeks a few of our clients had problems with CC Bill Main due to cookie issues. They had to delete the CC Bill cookie from IE and it has been working fine since then.

And CC Bill regulary resets your password. Many people forget to change the password in StatsRemote as well when that happens.

Could you hit me up on ICQ (5210719). We should be able to make it work...

bopha 02-17-2004 04:42 PM

Mine didn't work for two months so I let it expire.
I made all the changes...no luck.
I have two ccbill main accounts and one would work, the other never. But then my afiiliate stopped working and my main account.. wouldn't work no matter what I changed.

I gave up.

:(

Maybe you could hit me up on ICQ (5210719) as well. I could give you a free pass to check if it's working now.
