The thing that pisses me off about sleeping/not-sleeping though is this....
Say you wind up backwards... waking up at night.. So you stay up for 20-24 hours or whatever to correct it and get back on a normal schedule.... But you wake up, wide awake, after 4 hours sleep - which just fucks you more. And this is after staying up for 20-24 hours. :mad: |

Melatonin really helped me develop a sleep pattern...I used to take it when I worked 7 nights a week of graveyard shift... I'd take it in the morning as soon as I got home from work, or on my way home from work, because I'm NOT a day sleeper...
I only took them once a day and for a week I took 4, then the next week 3 then the next week, I don't think I had to take any... I was ready to keel over when I got home. FYI, Fyrflygrl! |
