I agree, and if the form for support doesn't work it should go away until it does... I've got a paid e-mail service that quit working 2 months ago and their several ways to contact on their site is not getting to them. I've got to get with my bank to get the exact date of the transaction but I bet when I do the form on the BBB site will be workingOriginally posted by sarah_webinc

also, don't bother having Saturday staff answering your phones unless they can say something other than 'you are going to have to call back monday'
If that was a long distance call (as it would be for many) that is an expensive brush off.
and why don't you have proper weekend customer support..this isn't a monday to friday industry.Comment
