Besides buying traffic...what are the best methods that have worked for you all?

try submitting about 1000 galleries as well that makes a big difference

Streak during the superbowl like that guy did with his URL on his chest. He was a straight up marketing genious - he learnt how to streak in marketing 101 I heard.

1. Add your site to google and others.

2. Swap links with other sites.

3. Add your site to top lists.

4. Get sites to review your site.

5. Tell people about your site. You posted a question, how do you get people onto your site, and yet even in your question, you do not say the name of your site????

6. Get good designed banners that people will be happy to promote.

7. if its a pay site, set up affiliate systems.

8. Advertise in magazines, papers and so on.

9. Free stuff. Send out free content. Post pics as many places as you can.

10. Tell people about your site.

wtf, he is prolly a gallery submitter or small tgp owner, like most ppl and you tell him to advertise in magazines?

Indexing works for me. All of my sites are in the top 12 for the key words I choose.

The question was how to get traffic.

To say he is 'probably....' is to presume. I did not presume, I gave an answer to a question.

To place a small add (say a box add) in magazines is not expensive. Lots of magazines (well in the UK they do) have a section in the back full of cheap small ads, normally under the classified section. The cost to advertise can be low cost, and can produce good results.

Many people do advertise sites this way.
