ARS Webmasters: Unhappy with the 15% fee for out of store orders?
 

"There will be a 15% fee added to all orders that are not items shown or listed in the rewards store. Points will be deducted based on the total cost of the invoice and the 15% fee."

Well, if you don't live in the U.S. and found something in their store that you can purchase online in your country it would be considered as being in the store so there would be no 15% fee.

You can also ask them to add an item you are interested in to the store.

Thats jus crappy.

Geez how long does it take to get approved by ARS, man!

it was worth the 15% to get exactly the dvd model I wanted.

I am not complaining!! We were a little upset about it at first but I can understand how they are thinking. I have two shipments of furniture coming in tomorrow and I am going accessory shopping today....THANKS ARS :thumbsup
