Who still uses Cold Fusion?
Just wondering. I hired a guy to design my site and wanted PHP but he was very fluent in Cold Fusion. I also like .cfml but was just curious if many adult webmasters use it. I think not. Thanks.

nope - it was supposed to be hot shit, but I never see anyone use it
ever |
I think that may be because it cost a lot of money to buy the Cold Fusion program and to run it the server needs Cold Fusion server installed.
It is easy to use and great though. The only huge site that I see using it is mine (www.modelgig.com) and onemodelplace.com |
I use it. Program my TGPs with it, most all my pages, actually.

kristenmuranaga.com uses it for her backend membership area - she says its easier for her to control her entire site
banners, news, diary, etc |
Her site is cool. She is hot too.

Want to sell me your ColdFusion TGP Script?
|
We ran several large cold fusion sites. These were large local big newspaper websites. CF worked just fine.
The problem is who do you hire to tweak or hack it in the future? Go with php. |
My Cold Fusion guy is really good. Check out his work on my site.
