hey toodamnfli (or anyone else) x-box mod question
 

whats the deal with them? ive got a reg xbox that i dont fuck with really and my buddy was tellin me that a mod is the only way to fly with xbox. can u give me more info? thanks

i wouldnt play it much if i didnt have it modded

After you get the chip in, you can just head over to "Blockbuster Video" and get a "Game Freedom Pass" which will cost you $20 per month, but you can rent as many games as you'd like and keep them for as long as you'd like, even if you wanted to swap out a game every 10 minutes, you'd be allowed to :)

I myself can't bring myself to putting in a mod chip. For one I'd hate to fuck up my Xbox, and secondly, if there's a good game out there, I like to just go out and buy it, so I have the original.

if you go with a bigger hd, PUT AN EXTRA FAN in the system! enjoy the modded system, it really is an all in one media center:)

I used to be an engineer for Motorola. I quit that job long ago but I have a friend who is still there. He makes a killing modding x-boxes for people. In fact, he probably makes about as much doing mods as he makes salary. Had I known shit would work out that way, I would still be there doing x-box mods. Easy money.
