Star Trek: The Wrath of Khan

[Terrell disobeys Khan's order to kill Kirk, who taunts Khan over the communicator.]
Kirk: Khan, you bloodsucker. You're gonna have to do your own dirty work now, do you hear me? Do you?

Khan: Kirk. You're still alive, old friend.

Kirk: Still, "old friend." You've managed to kill everyone else but like a poor marksman, you keep missing the target.

Khan: Perhaps I no longer need to try, Admiral.
[beams the Genesis device away]

Kirk: Khan... Khan, you've got Genesis, but you don't have me. You were going to kill me, Khan. You're gonna have to come down here. You're gonna have to come down here.

Khan: I've done far worse than kill you, Admiral. I've hurt you. And I wish to go on hurting you. I shall leave you as you left me, as you left her: marooned for all eternity in the center of a dead planet, buried alive. Buried alive.

Kirk: KHAAANNNN.
[echo]
Kirk: KHAAANNNN.

Ricardio Monteblan deserved an Academy nomination at the least for his performance in this movie. Alas the Academy is filled with snobs.

Babylon 5 wasn't a movie, and even if it was, it doesn't even come close to the greatness that is Star Trek: Deep Space Nine!!

Maximillion 02-16-2004 09:00 AM

The Abyss, I also think Robocop was a superb movie

Scott McD 02-16-2004 10:09 AM

Aliens or Star Wars

Sin_Boy 02-16-2004 10:10 AM

Logan's RUN ....ahh yeah :thumbsup

MaxDent 02-16-2004 11:02 AM

I'd have to vote for Blade Runner. It was the most creative view of possible futures for it's time. Plus it was much better than the book 'Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep?''

Joshua 02-16-2004 11:03 AM

The Star Wars movies and the Matrix trilogy. :thumbsup

Bansheelinks 02-16-2004 12:31 PM

So far a real mix of opinion...........

does anyone remember "Dark City"? that one was incredible too and I think I forgot to mention that. Surprised also no one has mentioned Men In Black, although not one of my favorites, a lot of peeps liked it.

Bansheelinks 02-16-2004 03:51 PM

no on remembering dark city?
