We are thinking of incorporating in Mexico and then moving to one of the cities that border Arizona or Texas..


Wanted to find out if any of you have an attorney for incorporation and immigration.

I agree with that, but we are thinking that if we live on the border of the US it will make getting things that we need easier, and cheaper... Like a car or something..

Computer parts. Things like that. If we live in a border city, it is just a short drive to Best buy in the US.

But we are also looking into Panama.

Well, It is an odd thing you want to "relocate" to Mexico.
When there are 50 states to choose from.

But what is even odder, is you want to "incorporate" in Mexico?

Why not move to Mexico? Plenty of cheap help :) 'Course we gots plenty of cheap mexican help here in Vegas, too.

Panama is great for getting bank accounts, much easier than Costa Rica. Here if you say you are an internet company, they automatically paint you as gambling or sportsbooks, and it's very hard to convince them you're not. We incorporated and are based here, but opened our bank account in Panama.

If you chose this country, don't worry about the price of cars and computers. Everything can still be had or imported for cheap if you know the right people =)

Also, here the US dollar increases every month...so as things get cheaper, you get richer =). I have a great attorney here who is very well-connected in everything, if you need his contact/help.

Most importantly though, girls here are MUCH hotter than Mexican or Panamanian girls...and isn't that what matter most?? hehe

I am guessing that you have never wanted to expand your horizons... And Why on earth would it be odd to incorporate in another country... Do you have any idea the benifits that a company can get for you??

And if you live in the US and are not incorporated, then you have a LOT to learn...

And what makes the states so great?? Have you not heard that the wonderful US government would love to see you put in jail for something that does not hurt anyone??? Are you blind to some of the things that are going on around you??

If the states are a good place for you, then great for you.. But some people would like to live in other places and have a different life.. Then you are wasting you time laughing at us.. Have you realized that lots of the people on this baord are not from the states?
