Porn in the mail type programs...
 

Anyone know of any affiliate programs that offer programs where you can have people fill out a form with their e-mail on your site and have them submit the form to get free porn in their inbox?

I know Epic Cash and Gamma Cash both have programs like this, but are there any other affiliate programs that do it? Preferably something that pays $0.60+ per e-mail.
