They've apparently put in on hold for now as the 'market's not quite ready for it'.

Indeed, Microsoft could play a large role in the years to come in the search engine area. They have the resources to move that area of the internet market.

Honestly, I'm not liking the state of the market right now. Even though every other day Greenspan or someone from the Bush administration says that all is well.

I believe google's stocks must sharp up after begin just like netscape/yahoo...

It is not a rule, it depends on the price of the IPO

whenever they do it, i will jump right on it. i could care less 5 years from now. the point is to buy it fast and turn it over once you hit your projected profit. then you sell the fucker. i've never kept a stock over 2 years

Was gonna buy some goo, but now I think MS is gonna cream them with a search tool on the desktop that is fully integrated with Entourage, Word, Excel, etc.
