talk to them and they might be able to work out something cater to u. |
I am using them for a year now.
Their service is great and fast. Ok, had a few problems within that year but they were all solved pretty fast. I can recommend them! |
I bet you know more about them than any of us could ever know :)

Nice prices..

what's the deal with Sago's wireless broadband though? What kind of speeds do you guys offer on that? I so wish we had something like that around here :( edit: wow... up to 100mbits. That's awesome.. hmm that sort of gives me an idea too. :) |
goBigTime
im not affiliated with Sago ... just joined this board to ask if someone can recommend them. I already made some bad experiences with hosting companies. This time i ask other WMs before spending money |
MCMC,
contact me if they are a comparable host we will meet their offer, perhaps beat it :) |
Hmm... I can say much about their the technical aspects of their hosting but BOTH Sagonet and Webair are the home multiple ROKSO Spambags.
Go here and http://www.spamhaus.org/rokso/index.lasso and just search on "sagonet" and "webair". You can expect any outbound email sent from their networks IP ranges to be widely blocked. Also WebAir just offered hosting services to one of the biggest , bottom-feeding scammers, and ROKSO spammer in this industry , Jon Atherton. You may wish to consider "WHO" they host as well as "HOW" they host as part of your decison making process.... |

I do not recommend Sagonet.
I used United Colo servers and they were pretty good for that price, some of my friends used Sagonet then and also were pretty happy. But last summer Sagonet have merged United Colo and since then things have chenged drastatically. They began to mess with the payments - sometimes they forgot to charge monthly fee, sometimes they charged it twice or even triple. Their customer support become terrible - I could not get a reply for 2 weeks when I wanted to order additional server. I'd say it's really disturbing when you want to give people more money and they don't look interested in this. Then they lost my card number and barely turned my boxes off because they could not charge the fee. I got enough of them and moved all my stuff to other providers. I'm not the only one who experienced such problems. Just yesterday I talked with the guy who told me he's moving his last server from Sagonet because he can't hold it anymore. He said that his server hunged up, he wrote to the support and only after 2 days he got back their reply "Sorry, we rebooted it but it did not rise". I'm not interested in shitting on them at all, they were known as pretty good service for those prices, but they are not good anymore. You can still use them and if you are lucky you can be even happy with them, but if you are not lucky you will be fucked up full scale. |
I do not recommend Sago Net either, their support is horrible you'll have a nightmare over there unless you know how to manage your own server, and even then their connectivity is quite shitty...
Hit up: ICQ 4930562 He can help you out with a more reliable deal. |
I use both and i have to say for great service and support hands down its goes to webair..
:thumbsup |
If you know how to manage a server.
I would recommand servermatrix.com $69 for 1000gb bandwidth , RH enterprise linux, Urchin5.0 fast support ticket, quality network It's easy to manage a server with RHEL 3.0 It upate lastest kernel, modules and softwares autoamtically from Redhat Network. I have 2 gallery servers at there and never had a downtime. |
I used Sagonet and had a contract that locked me in for a little while. I left my server there until the contract was up and barely used it.
I had nothing but connection problems the whole time. Not only was my site slow, I could barely connect to it myself to get anything done. |
someone else who can recommend servermatrix.com ?
