I'm going to be hiring someone soon to take on the responsibilities of recruiting models, in mass. They will be responsible for the marketing campaign for recruiting, and all correspondence with models, as well as scheduling the shoots that I will be performing. They need to be resourceful and creative, and know how to accomplish the goals I need to meet.

Where should I go about looking for such a person, and how should I determine if they're actually qualified to perform these functions? This will be my first salaried employee.

I'm reluctant to try the newpaper job ads because it seems like there's not very many qualified applicants ( outside of this industry ) that understand this function. If anyone knows of someone that could do what I'm looking for, hit me up on ICQ.

I don't want to pay the crazy inflated agency rates, and besides the people I'm looking for are just average guys. I could walk down the street and just about every guy 18-22 would do just fine. I need someone that will pull some major volume on a consistent basis, and I will pay generously for this.

i would hire a girl, and someone local. girls would feel more comfortable being hired by a girl.

fuck an agency, you want girls that are fresh. why pay extra to get girls that probably have been shot already? all you really need is to have some girl screen your calls from ads placed in the paper and interview them.

I think it's past your bedtime. I'm looking for dudes. Shouldn't be too hard to find someone that can recruit / qualify 2 good ones per day since all I need is the average young thin guy age 18-22. I mean most populations consist of approximately 50% of these types. Do you think this is going to be within most people's capabilities, or am I asking for something that requires more than one person to acheive?

I think the previous suggestion for hiring a girl might not be such a bad one. The prospective models might feel more comfortable dealing with another female who explains the situation.
