The famous italian sportsman Marco Pantani yesterday...

Italian policeman found him dead in a hotel!

A few years ago he won the tour de france from Armstrong!

The police don't know why he died.. he was 34 years old...

Man, this sucks. I've got a feeling it was an overdose of something. He's been depressed lately and they say they found medication.

A friend of mine suffered a stroke when we were doing hill repeats about a month ago. Turned out he had a blood clot in his brain and the exertion caused a stroke.

It's one thing to for a cyclist to die getting hit by a car but when they die in bed at 34 years of age it's just not right.

That sucks 34 is so young

a lot of young sportsmen dying young last week a Basketball player in Sweden and the week before a soccer player in Portugal both in their twenties :(

Makes you wonder what drugs folks could be getting a hold of...

I agree. He had lot of problems in the last years, after the first doping scandal, but to die so young...too bad :(
