both are delicious fish but i cant decide which i should cook.. help

im cookin a stew right now, spuds carrorts onions and a slab of black angus...its been cookin for 8 hours now and i think has about an hour to go

nice.. fresh hawaiian fish is the best in the world though one of the benefits of living so close to the shore.. you are guaranteed the fish was freshly caught on the day you buy it :thumbsup
