CCBill stats messed up!?! My clicks and ratio have doubled!!

Within the last week.. I've gone from 1:305 to 1:630.. and thats on over 4000 joins... :helpme

Im also at 2,586,692 clicks !??! WTF!? lol

its only happening to me? Its a shame they didnt doubled my sales... :feels-hot

Didnt check my stats yesterday... but its definately something recent...

Be glad your shit is even tracking. We're seeing quite the opposite. We will be very much avoiding CCBill sponsors in future.

Just double checked and I'm definitely seeing the same thing as xxx-design.

apparently i cant convert my sites on targeted search engine traffic coz my stats have tanked.

seeing the same thing here too. checked my stats earlier there was one sponsor i had send 250 clicks to. a few minutes later it said 500.

why its so hard to get sales with CCBILL ???

Yea, thats what Im seeing for the past 2 days on ccbill, fucked up or non existent stats

I thought I was going crazy when I hit 15k clicks when the most I ever do is around 7-8k!

I thought something was up...

can someone from ccbill look into my stats please. i have a very hard time believe that 5 days of niche targeted search engine traffic bringing me no sales.

I have definatly noticed a difference and have talked to others who have also so no its not just anyone specific. I cant even get my stats for today to display, that started yesterday. I can get the stats if i check all week but todays are blank. Hits up and sales down, not even hardly any rebills but that could just be me.

The new system is fucked up. Can't even access it right now.

Why are there any webmasters out there that don't track their outgoing hits? If you rely on 3rd party stats you will never have the right ones. You are depending on their system to track and in the back of your head you will always have the thought of someone cheating, falsely reporting etc.

Given you have to rely on the signup stats but the click stats is really something you can track yourself.

I just contacted our support department and they are not aware of any issues, if you think that something looks strange, send an explanation and the account number to [email protected]

Thats scary... I just got 1,250,000 clicks added overnight... ratio doubled.. and im not the only one it seems...

I've contacted your technicians something like 3 or 4 times now and they can't figure out what's wrong either. Perhaps it's time to ask them to all go back and see collectively what's wrong. I'm not the only person having the issues I've addressed with them, and the problem seems to be getting better, not worse.

In my opinion CCbill rocks!! Ive used many and they're the only ones that generate good ratio for me.

Oh god please. We've been having problems with CCBill sites for the last 2 weeks or longer. No CCBill sites are converting for us on traffic that normally converts great. We've stopped using CCBill sites until they get their shit together.

I contacted you guys as well about wm referals, but my clicks decided to double as well. Any help appreciated.

no your not the only one, I have noticed some things and last night my hits went from 2500 for the period to 6500 for the period but there is no problem people. There is never a problem with CC Bill. Just because its not working doesnt mean its not working, come one people, its not CC Bill, everyones sales dropped and everyones traffic tripled, thats just means your traffic is shit all of a sudden.

I don't show any hits for today either, plus I have the same problem of too many hits for several days prior. There's something wrong at CCBill.

Catalinas, if you are having an issue with ratios, i suggest that you try to do a test signup with your own card to test it out

I have noticed the same thing, CCBill sites converting at 1:6250 in Feb. It has never been close to that bad, ever. I just figured I was having a real shitty month until I saw this thread.

nope its not just you, its everyone but CC Bill is working fine, its us.

Same.... ratios were doing really well this month and then just dropped off violently (around 2x worse) according to stats.

Also I haven't received my Wednesday check yet! They are NEVER late, but this is day 4 overdue now... anybody else missing the most recent ccbill check?

Anyway you can change the system back so when you log in to check stats so that it shows clicks for the day again?

It used to be like this last week. But now when I log in it doesn't show clicks right off the bat anymore, you have to click through to another section.

Anything new about this? my hits have doubled too and when viewing todays transactions from logging in no clicks show up, i need to select the days and then it shows the stats, but all is at 0 by default when i login since 2 days ago.
