someone is stealing your google traffic.. is this legal?
take a look at this: http://www.google.com/search?as_q=co...h=&safe=images
someone maked a thousandth subdomains with others sites domain url in they titles and tags so, when someone will search for domain.com the link domain.com030.com will be displayed in the resutls.. i think that's is a stealling of the domain.com google traffic.. is this legal? |

nothing to worry about, but send an email to ICAN and report his fake whois and the site will be down in 2 weeks. |

Smart idea, but I doubt he will have tons of traffic, and technically he couldnt use your domain in the title tag
