my echocardiogram came back normal... whoo hooo

so I guess the doctor that said I had a murmur was wrong.. or it's just so insignifanct that it's don;t matter... so now the training begins for my match with buff.... in jan

They lie to you so you get worse. If they treat it now, the costs would be minimal. If they let it go long enough, you'll become very sick and the costs will be tremendous. Dead men don't pay bills so you are probably okay for now.

I don't drink and only take 5mg of diazapam a day if that... small dose to take the edge off I am on zoloft as well.... but the good news today made me feel alot better
