How important is knowing the site owner of a program before promoting it?
 

Do you have to know the owner or at least someone high up in the program before you start sending traffic?

I like to know someone who is doing well in the program and has at least gotten a couple of checks that havent bounced before I run right in and put my effort in...

If the program owner isn't willing to have sex with you first, how can you trust them?
