You can disable the dialer..

But why you want to lose that income would be beyond me.

Personally I find it very annoying with autoinstalling dailers as I throwed out my modem 5 years ago together with a lot of other europeans...

Paypal payments are sent our weekly, no hold on them. As soon as we send them out, it is in PayPal's hands.
