Also, I need help from some of you Flash gurus out there. What is the actionscript code to make it so it plays music on a mouseover? I want to put fart sounds in it. :Graucho

im a gfx designer.. n i have to say... thats a pretty good flash banner man.... i cant even do some of that flash stuff... lol

you have make a button and in the button on the over state put the sound in.

The Truth Hurts, how would I optimize it to make it a smaller file size?

clean up the dolphins.

I traced the bitmaps and did everything to try and minimize the file size. Any suggestions would be more than welcome! Thanks! :thumbsup

onion skin select the whole dolphin clip then modify>optimise take it as low as it will go.. other than that don't use crap like swish to do your transitions. also with the transitions it hapenes far too slowly theres always text morphing going on it screws attention and readability.. the text reveals should happen quickly then leave the words long enough to read them aloud then take them off.

hi, im not flash guru but i guess i can help.

inside your button, there are 4 frames, Up, Over, Down, and Hit. go to frame "over" and simply just drag your sound from the library to the stage. that's it! :thumbsup

It is not bad at all, but you have still to work on it:2 cents:

hmmm... need to clean up the dolphins and make them 2-3 colors because the "reflection" is strobing, causing me have another seizure. and i bet with less color variation between frames it would reduce the total file size. :2 cents:
