Paysite Contest.
 

Just an idea so far. Maybe we can roll with it. I was thinking how cool it would be to have a ground up, exclusive payiste contest. This would be like that reality TV show "The Apprentice", only we would form teams of 3 or 4 or whatever you want. Do it alone if you can. You/Your team would have to accomplish the following:

Come up with an idea/Come up with a domain. (whois must show you registered the name after the opening of the contest).

Shoot (8) scenes minimum to launch. The more the merrier. (model releases must be signed/DATED AFTER the opening of the contest).

Build your site.

* you could stop here I guess... but maybe go further....

Then we could either have some kind of poll for the winning site, or go one step further and test out sales. (maybe some traffic broker would be willing to donate a certain amount of traffic to each team's site).

Whoever gets most sales, votes, however we do it.. wins.

What do you win??? hmmm.. All the other paysites in the contest??? or not. we could come up with something...

I know this isnt for everyone, but there are a lot of people here that can team up with one or two other people to make this happen.

Worst case, you end up with a working paysite when its all said and done. Unless the prize is giving up your site to the winner, which would be crazy. someone would end up with a fully exclusive paysite program.

Anyhow... just a thought. anyone game?

I know.. After the contest, all of the paysites submitted get compiled into a brand new affiliate program. The winner of the contest owns 50% of this program. 2nd place wins 25%. 3rd place takes 12.5%. 3rd place takes 7.5%. 5th place takes 5%.

once the paysites are made, people that made them wont give them up just for 5% ownership of the affiliate network.. haha nice try though..

maybe not. not sure how it would work, just would be fun to watch progress.. and see who can be creative. would spice things up a bit.
