As most of you know my partner and I teamed up with CaptainP and DirtyD
on the diabolicalgalleries.com project.

I had never met the pair, or even chatted with them. This was something my partner had set up.

Anyway, as time went on they grew less involved with that project and moved onto bigger things.

My first internext when people heard the name diabolical I was usually received rather well, except for 2 people who were apparently not quite happy with CaptainP and DirtyD

I was then confronted later on a thread of mine, this was last year some time that we "diabolicalgalleries," had ripped
this person off on some gallery work.

This person followed me around on a few threads and I did my best to attempt to explain that we were not the samegroup of people but rather a team of two completely set of companies and what they did outside of diabolicalgalleries.com I had no control over.

As time went on there were a few other posts regarding gallery work paid for but never completed. I once again had to explain the situation apologized profusely. SocalCash even came to mine and Marc's defense on a couple of occassions.

These bad dealings continue to haunt me to this day. Case in point. This very last internext the subject was approached again by one of the victims.

The reason I bring this out is because I was contacted by DirtyD the night before last in regards to gallery work.
I have strived to keep myself and my biz out of "drama" for quite some time as I found it just wasn't productive and
I did not want to be associated with such nonsense anymore.

I did not know what to say, I was cordial and he mentioned that he was taking on a lot of work
and when he asked if he could show my portfolio to clients of his I said yes. He then mentioned something about making a big announcement on GFY.

This did not set right with me for a variety of reasons. Mainly because I personally took some heat for their mistakes, and that I had a client
who still has not had this issue resolved to this day.

I also do not like the idea that even more people could end up losing money. I can only hope that this is not the case, but I cannot
sit back with good conscience knowing that it could happen again.

I cannot say that they have ill intentions only time will tell, and I truly mean no one any harm. But I think it's only fair that people have the ability to make an informed decision.

For the record "TwistedDollar" refers to the nic used on GFY and somome other boards only. TwistedDollar.com is owned/operated by someone else.

Last time they started a thread like that looking for business they used the name diabolical because they knew that diabolical had a good rep and then they took our money and disappeared.

This time they're using Twisted Dollar.....perhaps so that people will think they're affiliated with that program and be willing to pay upfront.

That link is not working for me, but if it's the original thread from yesterday, I cleared at least who was who up.

Twisted Dollar is only a nick on GFY. TwistedDollar.com was recently purchased and is under a reorginization. The new owners have talked to the guys over at TwistedCash.com and the name similarilty is not an issue. This was dealt with by all parties in early January.

Please stop confusing/connecting that nic with the either of the "Twisted" programs.

If it's not connected with either program then why the hell would someone use it?

Captain P and Dirty D owe quite a few people work for which they were paid but NEVER delivered.

It is my understanding that whomever is going by the nic Twisted Dollar is in fact either Captain P or Dirty D.

I don't know why he used that nick to post the thread, I'm getting to the bottom of it now.

My name is Bill Rust. I am the Operations Manager for TwistedDollar.com. My partner and myself acquired the company (Twisted Data LLC) earlier this year.

I have always posted under the name "newbreed". I at one time thought that registering a new nick reflecting the comapny name was a good idea to avoid any confusion later, but i chose not to. There was never any plan between my partner and I to spam GFY about the program. All of the geals we have made with other webmasters were mad and continue to made in a private setting. I also was proactive in contacting the guys over at TC to talk about the name issue. The issue was a deciding factor in the purchase of the company. I talked to the TC crew in person in Vegas, and this issue was resolved by both parties looking forward to a long and fruitful relationship in the business. I was planning at some point (when the program was ready) to make and announcement specifically dealing with the fact that TD and TC are not affiliated and the owners of both companues are are and agrred on the name issues.

I have asked Twisted Dollar (the nick) to stop posting here using that nick.

What I'm saying eros is that TwistedDollar.com is not affiliated at this point with the username "Twisted Dollar" At one time, the owner of that nick was an employee or partner in that business. My understanding is that the designers that he was posting about were the same ones that designed the galleries that were included in the acquisition of the company. I, along with the other people that have previewed the program think that they are excellent galleries. They were good enough that when the subject of possibly outsourcing future designs came up I thought these guys would do the same quality work.

We (TwistedData, owner of TwistedDollar.com) have nothing to hide man. I started another thread attempting to contact you to clear this up without further (potentialy) hurting our brand.

My partner and I had a meeting tonight to duscuss this issue, and considered attempting to take over the nick. We agreed that even before that first thread was started that it was not a good idea. I have/had no intention of trying play myself or the company off as whoever had used that nic to post however much/whatever. Hell, the post count on that nic is higher, so most people would have done it for that reason alone.

I talked to you at a party in Vegas a couple of times. I think I remember giving you my card as well. If you saw my face you may remember me. Contact me on ICQ or whatever and I will show you whatever proof is necessay to disenfrancise us from them.
