Cops i've talked to couldnt be fucked to just bust someone for that. Instead, if they catch you for something else, and find that, it just adds to the charges.

If it passes, nobody would have to worry about it at all...

In fact, the simple possession is tolerated by the police in Quebec.
Smoking 1 joint is not really a big crime in 2004....
We see a lot of people smoking it in movies, at televisions... Probably many of your friends smoke it and maybe, you somke it!

I'm sure than some policemen many politicians already tried it and maybe still smoke it some time.

Our famous ex Prime Minister mr. Chretien already said that he wanted to tried it soon just for fun.... :rasta

great i live in quebec and almost everybody here smokes lol but still not legal.
