Why do webmasters and models only get together at conventions? Why not get everyone together for a cruise of some sort? Its a great way to get content, and let lose.

I really think it would be a lot of fun. Has this ever been done? If so, why isnt it done more often?

Count me in. In fact.....Just to make sure that the cruise does not suck for the group...I think you and I should take a test cruise together this spring.

Kinda a quality control sort of thing.

I've been on 2 cruises in less than 5 months... I love them...

It would be awesome to get together a group of webmasters and do this...

It's an inexpensive way to have a shit load of fun. We'd have a blast.

a lot of cruises have internet connection. Dont ask me how they do it, they just do.

Could work! I never been on a cruise other than my own sailboat, and friends' sailboats.

The last time a few of us went on a cruise....MetaformX was almost tossed over by SleazyDream.

wow really? Its so much fun. Im going in may for 8 days. For myself and my fiance its only $1600. That includes 5 days in Bermuda, ALL your food, entertainment and room service. Only thing you have to pay for is alcohol. :)

i agree. I think it would be a great way for everyone to get to know each other without any pressure. Plus we'd get to go somewhere nice. As apposed to these conventions where all you really see is a convention hall and your hotel room.

I could contact my travel agent and ask her rates for a group. Just an idea. Only thing is, a lot of you would have to fly or drive out this way.

The key is to make it a convention so that people can justify it as a business expense.

As for hooking up in May....The Atlanta show is in May. This is the sort of thing that needs to be planned out many months in advance.

i wouldnt think so. THere really isnt much to plan. Everyone buys their tickets for the set date, then we all meet up at a certain time in the lounge or something. We have a few drinks, hang out and get to know one another, and go from there.

The hardest part would be getting a lot of models to go but even that shouldnt be tough.

They would all want to bang you.
