Why do people expect every company online to have instant 24/7 customer support?

Honestly, people need sleep and food.

Im online most of the time but i do need some time to sleep and get my fuck on...

it's 1:00am and im still on doing customer support, and still get people beign rude because i got up to take a shit, or grab some food.
