adding watermarks on video clips. (jaggy and pixelated)
 

Im trying to make some watermarks in Photoshop for some video clips but they show up in the clips all jaggy and pixelated. Im making them transparent .PNG files. Is this the correct way? will someone please help?

I make them transparent and PSD files, I also dont use any graphic watermarks, juts text, always looks fine.
